If you are a new patient: Click New Patient registration. Fill out the registration form and create a username and password. After you submit your registration form you will get a confirmation email. Please follow the directions in your confirmation email for instructions to log into your patient portal. When in the portal you will need to fill out the type of appointment you are requesting under the questionnaire tab and First Nation Medical Board membership. Then a nurse will call you to schedule
